Baylee doing her usual things!

This summer we learned to use a sippy cup and now that we can sit up by ourself, we love the Bumbo seat. Baylee likes to sit in her bumbo seat, while I am working in the morning and smile at me all the time! She is getting to be such a big girl!

she is so soft and Lola talks to her, she says

things like: "I'm getting a toothache, you're

so sweet!" and "I gotta have a hug!" She wiggles her ears and laughs, Baylee

thinks she is sooo funny! She is too cute and Lola is too! You can see her in the picture to the left.

Baylee and her Godfather

This Baylee's godfather, Jamie Danford, or as Baylee knows him: "Uncle JD!" She loves her Uncle JD, he and her Daddy have been best friends since elementary school and we couldn't think of a better person than Jamie to be Baylee's godfather. I think he loves the thought of being the "Godfather," like the movie!! Ha Ha!!
This picture was taken this summer when we visited him in Charleston, they are quite a pair!! They have a big joke going that when Baylee visits Uncle JD, they have beer and pizza!! We love you Jamie!!

Charleston 2007 - This is the new Ravenel Bridge that they built in Charleston, SC. We love to ride over it and take these awesome pictures. Baylee thought it was sooo cool!!

Here's our little cutie pie!! This was the first time that Baylee had been to Charleston, she loved it! We took long walks downtown, did some shopping and ate at some fabulous restaurants. I think she thought the whole "hotel" experience was pretty cool! She slept in the bed king bed with mommy and daddy and loved every minute of it!

We attended our first birthday party for Grace Pardee !! Here is Baylee, Grace and Grace's mommy, Susie Pardee, it was so much fun!!


Grace Pardee is one of Baylee's little friends, she turned 1 this summer and invited us to her pool party. It rained that day, so we didn't get to swim too much, but it was fun for Baylee to watch her open all of her gifts. Baylee really didn't know what to think of all the pretty paper and bows, but she wanted to put most of it in her mouth. Summertime experiences!!!

We had a busy summer! We learned so many new things and grew so much!! We love to play with all of our doll babies and stuffed animals, they are our Best Friends!! Baylee has evolved into quite a little girl, she is learning every day and discovers all kinds of new adventures and it seems like she loves everything! She loves to play with mommy and Daddy and Dolly!! We learned to eat with a spoon this summer and her first experience was with rice cereal. It seems like yesterday she came home from the hospital.
